Millennium Account Services' meter reading handheld has the ability to record a response to a single survey question during a meter reader's normal scheduled reading day.
During the past few years, MAS has contracted with South Jersey Gas Company for specified periods of the year to respond to a survey regarding either corrosion occurring at a meter or a mercury regulator installed with the meter.
These surveys have assisted the utility to respond to Board of Public Utilities regulations and/or concerns or coordinate actual information with prerecorded company data. |
